Hersel offers team building retreats to help facilitate a sense of community for your choir. He brings a dynamic energy to engage and motivate performers. Activities help students learn to rely on each other and highlight individual and group strengths. This promotes members building each other up and discourages drama; allowing you to be more productive throughout the season. Exercises help to identify student leadership and increase effectiveness. Hersel recently went through a Disney Team Building Training which he incorporates into his years of experience facilitating workshops. Team Building sessions range from one rehearsal to 3 day retreats. Retreats can include one choir or an entire department.
