Questions
Do you make vocal / rehearsal tracks?
Yes, all of our songs can be professionally recorded and you will receive individual parts. (See pricing guide for more info)
How long does it take to get an arrangement?
It depends on how many orders are already on the production calendar. Generally, a single chart takes about 2-3 weeks (sometimes less). Largely, it’s up to you. You set a deadline – I will meet it.
What is the best way to connect?
Texting will always get the fastest response, then email. But I’m not opposed to a good old fashioned phone call.
How does billing work?
A final invoice will be sent once you have received all of your piano / vocal scores. All show band parts will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Do you also provide clinics and judging?
Yes, I spend about 3-4 months on the road judging and doing clinics. You can also book a week night or weekend team building retreat. Book early – dates tend to fill up quick!
How do you handle travel arrangements?
Those can be handled one of two ways: I can book everything and turn over the receipts for reimbursement or we can agree on a “flat fee” for all of the services and expenses.
